About Us
We are located near the picturesque town of Lancefield in the Macedon Ranges of Victoria. The stud is a pleasant 40 minute drive from Melbourne International Airport.
Jesris Arabians was established by Silvio Galea in 1996 and has enjoyed much success in its short history.
Kharine Arabian Stud was born in 1973. Established by Harvey & Lorraine Pearce, who over two decades both bred and showed Arabians with success.
In late 2003 the two studs joined forces and in recognition of the influences and qualities each had to offer the other, the combined stud name was kept.
The stud facilities include a 6 stable barn, tack room, hot & cold wash, hot walker, full breeding facilities and an Olympics size all weather dressage arena.
We Pride ourselves on showcasing the Arabian horse for its versatility. Our aim is to breed and campaign horses that will excel at the highest levels of competition, in both halter and performance.
The studs broodmares are now predominantly descendants of the immortal El Shaklan.
Visitors are always welcome by appointment.
